Hors D'oeuvres

This is a sample version of some of our past menus.

Avocado Tostada

Fried corn tortillas diced avocado served with fresh tomatoes. 

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp with Mango Gastrique

Jumbo gulf shrimp wrapped in apple smoked bacon with homemade mango glaze.

Filet Mignon Spring Roll

Served with a spicy soy glaze.

Mushroom and Mozzarella Risotto Balls

Served with a sambal chili sauce.

Blackened Shrimp on Wonton

Served with pineapple salsa. 

Herb Crusted Tuna

Rare tuna served with sticky rice cake, pickled ginger relish, & soy reduction.


Main Courses

This is a sample version of some of our past menus.

Filet Mignon

 Roasted 8oz Filet Mignon served over bacon and poblano potato puree, roasted baby carrots, fried onions and black pepper demi.

Soy Glazed Chilean Sea Bass

creamy shrimp and leek orzo pasta with English peas, mango tomato compote, charred broccolini, saffron emulsion.

Juniper & Herb Brind Grilled Chicken Breast

Served over mushroom risotto, roasted Brussel sprouts and bacon, madeira sauce.

Oven Roasted Salmon Filet

Served over lobster and green onion creamy grits, roasted asparagus, lobster cognac sauce.

 Imported and Domestic cheeses, Genoa Salami, Roasted Turkey, Black Pepper Crusted Beef Tenderloin, (and other seasonal meats) Kalamata Olives, Cornichons, Roasted Bell Peppers, marinated Mushrooms, Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Grain Mustard, Creamy Horseradish, Artisan Breads and Crostini 

The Whole Enchilada Queso Dip

Queso cheese laced with Mexican spiced ground beef and pico de gallo. Served with hand cut tortilla chips

Sweet or Savory Baked Brie en croute

 Full wheel of brie laced with your choice of filling, baked and served with homemade croutons (Servers 20ppl)

Light and flaky Puff Pastry filled with Cinnamon and Butter roasted Peaches served with Vanilla Ice Cream
